•We schedule all shipments outgoing from your facility, and inbound from your Vendors

•Create the Bill of Lading and send to responsible shipping party

•Schedule the truck for pick up per shipping requirements (i.eLTL, Truckload, etc)

•Confirm pick up is made

•Track all outgoing and incoming orders.

•Coordinate with, PURCHASING and/or SHIPPING MANAGER updated tracking status for all orders

•Get personally involved with Carriers if an order is distressed in transit

•Confirm delivery status

•In the event of damages and/or shortages we file the claim

•Keep you advised on claim progress
